Bill is outstanding. First, I want to say that I interviewed several real estate agents and Bill shines in comparison for many reasons. One, he always returns my phone calls very quickly. Two, he answers my questions. All of the other agents would hem and haw around and even flat out refuse to answer questions. He does tell you when his answer is a ball park estimate but at least he is willing to give an estimate. Three, he has a great team. Four, they are very pleasant people to interact with. He took us around to look at homes even though we werent ready at the time. He and his assistants were always prepared and one weekend we looked at 19 properties. I am in the military and when my house hunting first started I was still living in North Carolina. First-time home buyer, with no experience of any kind. My overall experience from beginning to end (and beyond): absolutely perfect. Met Billy in person for the first time at his office, where he walked me through the steps of home-buying. First step: get pre-approved. I had a financial officer from getting quotes on Zillow, and the financial officer was great. Previous conversations with the financial adviser led me to believe that he was trustworthy. Billy told me that I was free to work with the financial officer, and he would be happy to contact the officer for any paperwork required. (This was the first good impression of Billy. He wasn't pushy like a salesperson, and he wanted me to be comfortable.) I didn't want there to be any delay/mistakes because I wanted to purchase before the housing market jumped, and I asked if there was a financial officer that he works with frequently. He did and his team turned out to be great. (A totally separate awesome review to be left for the financial officer.) I was approved, and we searched and searched. Billy and his associates were always available via cell, in evenings, in weekends, and after multiple house viewings and several offers, we ended up in a beautiful home that we are proud to call our own. There were other paperwork to deal with, such as inspection, insurance, warranty, etc., that were required. I didn't know much about them, so I asked Billy and his team to recommend/refer and take care of everything, and they did. I don't have any other experience with other homes or agents, so I don't actually know if we got the best home price or the best APR or best closing fees or best companies. But I know that we got the best experience. Billy was absolutely perfect for us before, during, and after our purchase. He was patient and explained everything to us. (I tend to ask lots of questions.) He and his team were available. On the day of the walk-through, he showed up in person to make sure I was happy. On the day of signing, he showed up in person to make sure I felt comfortable. After I finalized the move-in date, he called to remind of things I need to do with utility companies, HOAs, mortgage payments, etc. After I moved in, he called to check up on things to ensure everything was going well. It's been about 3 months after I've moved in, and he still calls up and emails me to just check up on us. Essentially, with Billy, we got the whole package. With his experience and expertise and network, it's as simple as, "Billy, you're my agent, find me a home." If we are lucky enough to buy another home, we know exactly that's what we'll do. Just call Billy and have him guide us through every step of the way again. I was happy, and my wife was happy; what more could we want?
